ORDINANCE LXV OF 1962 ORDINANCE LXV OF 1962 ALLOPATHIC SYSTEM (PREVENTION OF MISUSE) ORDINANCE, 1962 An Ordinance to prevent the misuse of the allopathic system of medicine and to provide for matters connected therewith [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, 7th June 1962] 2. Definition.-In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, "registered medical practitioner" means a person registered under the Medical Council's Ordinance, 1962 (XXXII of 1962).
