ORDINANCE LXV OF 1962 ORDINANCE LXV OF 1962 ALLOPATHIC SYSTEM (PREVENTION OF MISUSE) ORDINANCE, 1962 An Ordinance to prevent the misuse of the allopathic system of medicine and to provide for matters connected therewith [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, 7th June 1962] 9. Penalty.-Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 3 or section 4 or section 5 or section 6 or section 7 shall be punishable with impri sonment which may extend to one year or with fine not exceeding two thousand rupees, or with both.
