ORDINANCE LXV OF 1962 ORDINANCE LXV OF 1962 ALLOPATHIC SYSTEM (PREVENTION OF MISUSE) ORDINANCE, 1962 An Ordinance to prevent the misuse of the allopathic system of medicine and to provide for matters connected therewith [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, 7th June 1962] 11. Protection.-No suit or proceeding shall lie against any Inspector or person acting in good faith under section 10 of this Ordinance.
