CRASH HELMET (SPECIFICATIONS) RULES, 1978 CRASH HELMET (SPECIFICATIONS) RULES, 1978 [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 20th June 1978] No. 5‑O & R/PTA‑78/1205.‑In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 (West Pakistan Ordinance No. XIX of 1965), the Government of Baluchistan is pleased to make the following Rules, namely :‑--- 1. Short title and commencement.‑(1) These Rules may be called the Crash Helmet (Specifications) Rules, 1978. (2) They shall come into force at once. 2. Specification of Crash Helmet.‑A Crash Helmet shall be made of such material and meet such other requirements as are specified in Pakistan Standard No. 1402 of 1978 established and published by the Pakistan Standin Institution under the Pakistan Standard Institution (Certification Marks Ordinance, 1961 (LXVIII of 1961), in the Gazette of Pakistan, dated the 26th April 1978.
