ORDINANCE II OF 1978 ORDINANCE II OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ORDINANCE, 1978 An Ordinance to repeal and, with certain modification re-enact the Baluchistan Public Service Commission Act, 1974 [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 1st February, 1978] No. Legis 1-21/Law/7.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 27th January, 1978 is hereby published for general information. 3. Composition of Commission, etc.-(1) There shall be a Baluchistan Public Service Commission. (2) the Governor shell by regulations determine - (a) the number of members of the Commission and their conditions of service ; and (b) the number of members of the staff of the Commission and their conditions of services Provided that the salary, allowances and privileges of a member of the Commission shall not be varied to his disadvantage during his term of office. (3) The Chairman and other members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Governor. (4) Not less than one half of the members of the Commission shall be persons who have held office in the service of Pakistan for not lass than twenty years.
