ORDINANCE II OF 1978 ORDINANCE II OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ORDINANCE, 1978 An Ordinance to repeal and, with certain modification re-enact the Baluchistan Public Service Commission Act, 1974 [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 1st February, 1978] No. Legis 1-21/Law/7.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 27th January, 1978 is hereby published for general information. 5. Ineligibility for further appointment.---(1) On ceasing to hold office, a member shall not be eligible for further employment in the service of Pakistan. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall be deemed to prevent a member other than the Chairman from being appointed as Chairman.
