ORDINANCE II OF 1978 ORDINANCE II OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ORDINANCE, 1978 An Ordinance to repeal and, with certain modification re-enact the Baluchistan Public Service Commission Act, 1974 [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 1st February, 1978] No. Legis 1-21/Law/7.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 27th January, 1978 is hereby published for general information. 9. Reports of Commission.--(l) It shall be the duty of the Commission to present to the Governor annually a report on the work done by the Commission, and the Governor shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before the Provincial Assembly of Baluchistan. (2) The report referred to in subsection (1) shall be accompanied by a memorandum setting out so far as is known to the Commission. (a) the cases, if any, in which the advice of the Commission was not accepted sand the reasons therefore ; and (b) the matters, if any, on which the Commission ought to have boon consulted but was not consulted and the reasons therefor.
