Section Provisions

THE BANK OF PUNJAB ACT, 1989 THE BANK OF PUNJAB ACT, 1989 5. Register of Shareholders. The Bank shall maintain at its Head Office established under Section 8 a register, to be called the Register of the Shareholders of the Bank, and shall enter therein such particulars as may be prescribed.
