Section Provisions

THE BANK OF PUNJAB ACT, 1989 THE BANK OF PUNJAB ACT, 1989 9. Board. The general superintendence and direction of .the affairs and business of the Bank shall be entrusted to a Board which may exercise all powers and do all such acts and things as may be exercised or done by the Bank and are not by this Act expressly directed or required to be clone by the Bank in general meeting.
