Section Provisions

THE BANK OF PUNJAB ACT, 1989 THE BANK OF PUNJAB ACT, 1989 26. Immunity. No. suit, prosecution or, other legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairman, any Director or Government for anything which is in good faith done or is intended to be done under this Act or bye-laws framed under it. [Added by The Bank of Punjab (Amendment) Act, 8 of 1991, S. 11.]
