BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 3. Establishment of the Board.‑As soon as may be, after the commence ment of this Ordinance, Government shall, by notification in the official gazette, establish a Board to be called "the Baluchistan Board of Control for Supervision and Control of Orphanages "
