BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 9. Functionaries of the Board to be public servants.‑The members of the Board, its employees and every person empowered by the Board to exercise any of its powers under this Ordinance shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
