BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 11. Fund.‑(1) There shall be a fund of the Board called the Baluchistan Orphanages Fund. (2) The fund shall consist of (a) all money received by the Board from Government ; (b) all money collected through Zakat, Fitrah, donations, charities and other contributions ; and (c) all money received or collected under this Ordinance as fee, etc.
