BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 12. Custody, Audit and operation of fund.‑The Fund shall be‑ (i) Kept in any scheduled Bank in the manner prescribed ; (ii) Operated by the Secretary under the directions of the Chairman ; and (ii) subject to inspection and audit in the manner prescribed.
