BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 15. Separate Orphanages for males and females.‑‑‑(1) There shall be separate orphanages for males and female. (2) A person or a voluntary Social Welfare Agency applying for a licence to run an Orphanage shall mention in the application whether the orphanage for which the licence required is a male or female orphanage.
