BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 16. Issue of licence.‑On receipt of an application fir issue of a licence in the prescribed form alongwith a fee at the rate of R3. 50 per Orphanage, the Licencing Authority shall hold inquiry to find justification for the opening or continuance of an Orphanage and may issue a licence on such terms sad conditions as may be prescribed.
