BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 20 Prevention of begging ‑The Governing Body of an Orphanage shall in no circumstances allow or cause an orphan admitted into an Orphanage to beg for alms or solicit for donation or subscription in any way or form nor shall such an orphan be made or permitted to act in any manner incom patible ordinary human dignity.
