BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 BALUCHISTAN ORPHANAGES (SUPERVISION & CONTROL) ORDINANCE, 1976 21. Penalties.---‑Whoever contravenes any provision of this Ordinance shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years but which shall not be less than one year, or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.
