The Balochistan Agricultural Research Board Bill, 1998 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly on 27th January, 1998 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.‑‑Whereas, it is expedient to provide for constituting and organising the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board and matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:---
