ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOARD 3. Establishment of the Board.‑‑(1) There shall be a Board to be called the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board. (2) There shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with powers, subject to the provisions of this Act to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable and shall by the said name sue and be sued. (3) Unless the Provincial Government, by notification in the official Gazette otherwise directs, the headquarter of the Board shall be at Quetta. (4) The Board may from time to time establish regional offices, local offices, sub‑offices and research establishments at such places as it may deem fit.
