ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 CHAPTER IV MANAGEMENT 6. Constitutions of the Board.‑The overall control, direction and superintendence of the affairs of the Board shall vest in a Board of Governors consisting of the following members, namely:‑‑---- (i) the Chairman; (ii) official members; and (iii) such other non‑official members from production and private sector as the Chairman may appoint on the recommendations of the Board from time to time.
