ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 CHAPTER IV MANAGEMENT 9. Term of office of non‑official members.‑‑(1) The members of the Board who are not officials of the Government, hereinafter referred to as non official members, shall, unless otherwise directed by the Board, hold office for a term of three years and shall be eligible for re‑appointment. (2) A non‑official member may, by writing under his hand addressed to the Board, resign his office. (3) A casual vacancy in the office of a non‑official member shall be filled by the appointment of another member for the residue of the term of his predecessor.
