ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 CHAPTER IV MANAGEMENT 12. Delegation of powers by the Board.‑‑The Board may from time to time delegate to Management Support Unit such of its functions and power as it may consider necessary: Provided that the Management Support Unit may, in an emergency which in its opinion requires immediate action, take such action as it considers necessary and shall report it for approval to the Board in the next meeting.
