ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 CHAPTER IV MANAGEMENT 13. Validity of Proceedings.‑‑No act, proceeding, decision or order of the Board and/or Management Support Unit shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of a vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of the Board or Management Support Unit.
