ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 CHAPTER V ESTABLISHMENT 14. Appointment of officers, etc.‑‑(1) The Board may appoint such officers and staff as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its function on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (2) All appointments and promotions in the Board will be in accordance with the service regulations of the Board. (3) The Board may engage experts and consultant on contract on such terms and conditions as it may determine.
