ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 CHAPTER VI FINANCE 17. Budget and accounts.‑‑(1) The Board funds shall not be lapsable---- (2) The accounts would be audited in accordance with the Government procedures. (3) The Board may open accounts in any Scheduled Bank in Balochistan. (4) The accounts of the Board shall be maintained in such form and manner as the Government may determine in consultation with the Accountant- General, Balochistan.
