Exemption from taxes.‑‑Notwithstanding anything contained in the Business Profits Tax Act, 1947 (XXI of 1947), The Gift Tax Act, 1963 (XIV of 1963), The Wealth Tax Act, 1963 (XV of 1963), the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979). or any other law for the time being in force relating to income‑tax, super‑tax, wealth tax, gift tax, capital gains tax or business profits tax, the Board shall not be liable to pay any such tax on its income, capital, profits, wealth, gift or gains.
