ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 CHAPTER VII GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 22. Power to make Rules.‑(1) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may provide for‑‑ (i) the function of the Chairman; (ii) the conditions under which the Board may enter into arrangements with other institutions and individual organizations, whether public, private or autonomous bodies.
