ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 24. Officers, staff etc.‑‑Every officer and employee of the Board shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
