ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 26. Indemnity of Board etc.‑‑(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Board or any other officer or staff of the Board for anything done in good faith or intended or purported to be done under this Act or rule, regulation or order made thereunder. (2) The Board shall not be responsible for any misfeasance, malfeasance or non‑feasance of any officer or employee for the time being in the Board.
