ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 28. Certain claims for compensation to be barred.‑‑No person shall have any right, whether in contract, or otherwise, to any compensation for any loss incurred by reason of the compliance by any of the provisions of this Act or by reason of the compliance by any other organization with any policy guidelines or directions given to it under this Act or under any rules or regulations.
