ACT II OF 1998 ACT II OF 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ACT, 1998 31. Removal of difficulties.‑If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provisions of this Act, the Government may make such order, not inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
