BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 CHAPTER‑II ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY. 3. Establishment of the Authority.‑‑(1) There shall be established an authority to be called the Coastal Development Authority for carrying out the purpose of this Act. (2) The Authority shall be a Body Corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire and hold property, both movable and immovable, and may, by the said name, sue and be sued. (3) The Headquarters of the Authority shall be at Gowadar.
