BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 CHAPTER‑II ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY. 9. Meeting of the Governing Body.‑‑The Governing Body shall meet quarterly at such place and time and in such manner and observe such rules of procedure as may be prescribed; provided that until the manner or procedure is prescribed, the meeting shall be held as directed by the Chairman.
