BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 CHAPTER‑II ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY. 10. Delegation of Powers.‑‑The Governing Body may by general or special order, delegate any of its powers, functions and duties, to the Chairman, member or any officer' of the Authority.
