BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 CHAPTER‑II ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY. 11. Appointment of officers staff etc.‑‑For efficient performance of its functions, the Authority may appoint such officers, experts, consultants and employees on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
