BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 CHAPTER III MASTER PLAN AND SCHEMES. 12. Master plan.‑‑(1) The Authority shall, as soon as, may prepare a Master plan for development, improvement, expansion and beautification of such coastal areas that need to be developed, expanded and beautified and submit such plan to Government for approval. (2) Government may approve the plan with or without modification.
