Schemes.‑‑(1) Authority shall prepare or cause to be prepared development scheme or schemes for the coastal areas or part thereof in such form and such manner as may be prescribed. (2) All schemes prepared by the Authority shall be submitted to Government for approval which may be approved with or without modification.
