BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 CHAPTER IV ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY. 14 Property.‑‑The Authority may, by purchase, lease or exchange, acquire any movable or immovable property or any interest therein by entering into an agreement with the party concerned.
