BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 CHAPTER IV ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY. 16. Funds.‑‑(I) There shall be separate fund known as the Coastal Development Authority Fund shall vest in the Authority. (2) The fund shall consist of: (a) Grants. made by Government or local councils or any other donor agency; (b) Sale proceeds of movable or immovable properties of the Authority. (c) All fees, receipts and charges received under this Act. (d) All other sums receivable and loans obtained by the Authority.
