BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1998 CHAPTER V MISCELLANEOUS 20. Recovery of dues.‑‑Any sum due to the Authority or wrong paid by the Authority under this Act shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
