THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL'S ACT, 1913 THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL'S ACT, 1913 ACT No. III OF 1913 [27th February, 1913] An Act to consolidate and amend the Law relating to the office and duties of Administrator General. WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to the office and duties of Administrator General ; It is hereby enacted as follows :‑ PART III RIGHTS, POWERS, DUTIES AND LIABILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL. (d) General 30. Power to examine on oath---The Administrator General may, whenever he desires, for the purposes of this Act, to satisfy himself regarding any ques tion of fact, examine upon oath (which he is hereby authorised to administer) any person who is willing to be so examined by him regarding such question.
