THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL'S ACT, 1913 THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL'S ACT, 1913 ACT No. III OF 1913 [27th February, 1913] An Act to consolidate and amend the Law relating to the office and duties of Administrator General. WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to the office and duties of Administrator General ; It is hereby enacted as follows :‑ PART III RIGHTS, POWERS, DUTIES AND LIABILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL. (d) General 33. The Administrator General shall not be bound to grant any certificate under section 31 or section 32, unless he is satisfied of the title of the claimant and of the value of the assets left by the deceased within the (Subs. by the Federal Laws (Revision and Declaration) Ordinance, 1981 (27 of 1981), s. 3 and Sch. II, which was previously amended by Act 32 of.1940; s. 3 and Sch. II. for "Presidency".)[Province], either by the oath of the claimant, or by such other evidence as he requires.
