ACT II OF 2005 ACT II OF 2005 ANTI‑TERRORISM (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Anti‑Terrorism Act, 1997 [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part II, 11th January, 2005] WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Anti‑terrorism Act, 1997 (XXVII of 1997), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:‑‑ 4. Amendment of section 11G, Act XXVII of 1997.‑‑‑In the said Act, in section 11 G, for subsection (2), the following shall be substituted namely:‑‑ "(2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) shall be libable to imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years, or with fine, or with both."
