ACT II OF 2005 ACT II OF 2005 ANTI‑TERRORISM (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Anti‑Terrorism Act, 1997 [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part II, 11th January, 2005] WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Anti‑terrorism Act, 1997 (XXVII of 1997), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:‑‑ 10. Substitution of section 21G, Act XXVII of 1997.--‑In the said Act, in section 21G, after the word "tried" the word "exclusively" shall be inserted.
