ACT X OF 2004 ACT X OF 2004 ANTI‑TERRORISM (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Anti‑Terrorism Act, 1997 [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 30th November, 2004] Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Anti‑Terrorism Act, 1997 (XXVII of 1997), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; 1. Short title and commencement.--‑(1) This Act may be called the Anti‑terrorism (Amendment) Act, 2004. (2) It shall come into force at once.
