ACT X OF 2004 ACT X OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN COTTON CONTROL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Cotton Control Ordinance, 1966 (West Pakistan Ordinance (XX of 1966) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30h August, 2004] No.PAB/Legis: V(18)/2004, dated 30-8-2004.-----The Balochistan Cotton Control (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 24th August, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly: 15. Amendment of section 17 of W.P. Ordinance XX of 1966.--In the said Ordinance, in section 17:-‑ (i) in clause (a) of subsection (1) for the figures "10%" the figures "8.5%" shall be substituted; and (ii) in clause (b) of subsection (1) for the words "one hundred thousand rupees" the words "fifteen thousand rupees" shall be substituted; and (iii) in subsection (2) for the words "one hundred thousand rupees" the words "fifteen thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
