ORDINANCE II OF 2005 ORDINANCE II OF 2005. Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2005 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th June, 2005] No. Legis : 1- 122/Law /2000-X , dated 6-6-2005. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 4th June, 2005, is hereby published for general information. Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001, for the purposes hereinafter appearing; And whereas the President of Pakistan has, in consultation with Prime Minister, accorded sanction to said amendments in the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001, in terms of clause (2) of Article 268 of the Constitution; And whereas the Provincial Assembly is not in session and the Governor is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 128 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:‑
