Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2005 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th June, 2005] 12. Amendment of section 28, Ordinance XVIII of 2001.--In the said Ordinance, in section 28,-‑ (a) after the marginal note, fullstop and hyphen, the brackets and figure "(1)" shall be inserted; and (b) in subsection (2), for clause (1) the following shall be substituted, namely: "(f) call for information and reports from Local Governments in the district as required by the Provincial Government or District Government through the Tehsil Municipal Officer;".
