Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2005 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th June, 2005] 16. Amendment of section 38, Ordinance XVIII of 2001.--In the said Ordinance, in section 38, after the word "allocation", the words "with its Secretary as Drawing and Disbursing Officer and Naib Zila Nazim as the Principal Accounting Officer" shall be added.
